That is because I would essentially have to teach the content over and over again as so much of it would answer your questions if you haven’t done it, that I have to spare myself that repetition. As the viral video goes, “Ain’t nobody got time for that!”

All courses come with access to the Q&A archives for that course. In order to ask new coaching questions, you will need to choose an option below.

Q&A Weekly digest email

This is a monthly recurring subscription. Staying subscribed PAST finishing any courses is a great way to stay supported while you implement knowledge and practices into your life.

  • Each subscriber may submit 2 coaching questions per week by Friday 5 p.m. EST.

  • I then email answers to all the questions I’ve received (which have not been answered in the archive already) in an email that goes to everyone by Monday 10 a.m. EST.

  • Your question is anonymous, but the answer is not - every subscriber sees it, in order to benefit as many people as possible.

  • They are all added to the archive.

  • Choose between public or private: public means you remain anonymous but your question and answer are added to the archive, private means your question and answer are NOT added to the archive.

VIP 1:1 COACHING

This is a monthly recurring subscription. Clients get direct messaging access to Sara via Signal (faster responses than email including outside of normal business hours when possible for me), and all questions and answers remain completely private - never added to the archive.

This option provides added accountability in addition to education, strategy, and suggestions.
